Phin Filter

“Phin" (pronounced "feen") is a traditional Vietnamese coffee filter.

How to use

1. Place the phin (a small metal drip filter) on top of a cup or glass.

2. Add the ground coffee into the phin, and use the press to lightly compact the coffee grounds.

3. Pour hot water into the phin, allowing the coffee to drip into the cup below.
